Pulse-fired burners

The gas pulse-fired burner is a convection burner that can heat the furnace without a secondary air supply. The gas-air mixture is injected into the furnace chamber at intervals, at high speed. The flow can be adjusted as required by setting the pulse duration. This creates turbulence that in turn helps to ensure an even temperature in the furnace, and therefore an even transfer of heat to the workpiece. Our gas pulse-fired burners with a range of outputs are designed and manufactured in-house. They are also available with individual or central recuperators.
