Flat-flame burners

The design and speed of flow make the flame of a flat-flame burner form a circle around the burner outlet at the furnace. From this point, the energy is transferred evenly to the furnace chamber.

Flat-flame burners are nozzle-mixing burners. They offer excellent flame stability and can operate with both cold and preheated air. Flat-flame burners are therefore suitable for an extremely wide range of applications in many different types of industrial furnace.

These burners have been and continue to be developed by Löcher on the basis of our extensive experience and expertise. They are manufactured at our Hilchenbach plant.
