Box furnaces

Löcher box furnaces are specially designed for loading with a manipulator fitted with a highly robust shaft plate. This ensures maximum protection for the furnace chamber while the furnace is being loaded. Our box furnaces are used in forges and for the heat treatment of premium products.

A hydraulic clamp presses the door against the frame in every position to provide the perfect seal at the sensitive area of the door, and separates furnace atmosphere and ambient air. The optional heat exchanger uses the waste energy to preheat the combustion air, recycling some of the waste heat. We can manufacture box furnaces for temperatures of up to 1350 °C. The temperature precision of our furnace systems meets the standards required by the aerospace industry (AMS 2750 E).
